We built Hirely because hiring shouldn't feel like admin work.

Hirely is a hiring OS for small and mid-sized teams — one place to post a role, screen applicants, schedule interviews, collect feedback from your panel, and send an offer. It replaces the usual pile of spreadsheets, email threads, and calendar back-and-forth with a single pipeline everyone on the hiring team can see.

It came out of real hiring pain, not a market study. Watching good candidates fall out of a process simply because a resume sat in an inbox too long, or an interviewer forgot to send feedback, or nobody remembered to follow up — that's an operational failure, not a talent one. We're building Hirely fast, for teams who want candidates to actually make it through the process instead of getting lost along the way.

We're early — a small team building for other small teams. Hirely is built for SME hiring teams: companies without a dedicated ATS budget or a recruiting ops function, who still want their hiring process to feel organized and fast rather than held together with duct tape.
